Add YAML Validator to Configuration Management section

Browse source 
Add yamlvalidator.dev - online YAML validator, formatter and viewer
with JSON Schema support for Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker Compose,
and other configuration formats. Also available as a Chrome extension.
