Add Environment Modules to Build and software organization tools (#535)
Reintroduce Environment Modules software which was removed by 7f947f8.
Removal was due to the project being hosted on SourceForge. Project is now primarily managed from GitHub.
Also take this opportunity to clarify name of Lmod software (in the same category).

Furthermore its code base is not compatible with Python 3.x and requires Python 2.7. Python 2.7 is unmaintained and does no receive security support since 01 Jan 2020
